Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We want you stoked with your Stoked Guy gear! Every item is personally packed and shipped by me, Pete, and all garments are made-to-order and hand-printed, making each piece unique.


Before Sending Anything Back – Contact Us First!
Please email us at info@stokedguy.com before returning anything.

Unannounced returns cannot be accepted.


Once you receive our confirmation, send your items to:

Size Exchanges
Want a different size? Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include your order number and item details.

     • Check our sizing charts before ordering. Choosing the right size first is the easiest way to avoid exchanges.

     • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Refunds
Refunds are available only if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. To request a refund:

      1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@stokedguy.com with your order number and photos of the item.

      2. Return the item in its original condition (unworn/unwashed unless damaged).

           • Customers cover return shipping costs.

           • Refunds are issued for the item price only; original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Return & Exchange Conditions

     • Items must be unworn and unwashed (except in the case of damage).

     • Include a note with your name and order number inside the package and write the order number clearly on the outside.

     • We cannot accept unpaid or freight-collect packages.

After We Receive Your Return

     • Exchange: Reorder the correct size or item from our shop.

     • Refund: The item price will be refunded via the original payment method.
