Enjoy free shipping on all European orders over €80.
2. Order Processing
All items are made-to-order to reduce waste and support sustainability. Once you place your order, it usually takes 2–5 business days to prepare and ship. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
3. Delivery Times
We ship mainly with GLS and inPost. Estimated delivery times by region:
• Portugal & Spain: 2–3 business days
• Other European countries: 3–6 business days
4. Shipping Rates
Rates depend on the delivery destination:
• Group 1 : €5.40
∘ Portugal, Spain
• Group 2 : €8.40
∘ Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg
• Group 3 : €8.60
∘ Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden
• Group 4 : €14.00
∘ Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, Isle of Man
• United Kingdom : €18.00 ( unfortunately shipping to the UK has become significantly more expensive post-Brexit )
• Rest of the world : €20.00
5. Customs Fees & Unclaimed Packages
For orders shipped outside the EU (e.g., Switzerland, UK), customs fees, import taxes, or duties may apply. These are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in product prices or shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.
Unclaimed Packages:
If a package is returned to us because customs fees were unpaid, refused, or left unclaimed:
• The customer is responsible for the original shipping and the return shipping to our facility.
• These costs will be deducted from any refund issued.
To avoid extra charges, please be prepared to pay any applicable customs fees when your package arrives.
6. Tracking Information
For tracked shipments:
• EU countries: You’ll receive a tracking number by email. Use it on the DPD/inPost website to follow your package.
• Non-EU countries: You’ll receive a tracking number by email. Use it on the > HERE < to track your delivery.
7. Delivery Issues
If you encounter any problems with your shipment:
1. First, check with your local postal service using the tracking number provided.
2. If the issue isn’t resolved, contact us at info@stokedguy.com and we’ll help sort it out as quickly as possible.
8. Returns & Exchanges
We want you stoked with your Stoked Guy gear! If there’s any issue with your order, we’ll work with you to find the best solution. We aim to make returns and exchanges as smooth as possible. Just contact us within a reasonable time after receiving your order.
Important Information
All garments are made-to-order and hand-printed, making each piece unique. To reduce returns, we recommend contacting us for sizing advice before placing your order. Fewer returns, happier you, happier us, happier planet🌱
How to Return or Exchange
Before sending anything back, email us at info@stokedguy.com .
Unannounced returns cannot be accepted.

Return Conditions:
• Items must be unworn and unwashed.
• Customers cover return shipping costs. We cannot accept unpaid or freight-collect packages.
• Include a note with your name and order number inside the package and write your order number clearly on the outside.
After We Receive Your Return:
• Exchange: Reorder the correct size or item from our shop.
• Refund: The item price will be refunded via the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
9. Disclaimers
• We cannot be held responsible for lost parcels if untracked shipping is chosen.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or customs checks.
• Any applicable customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.
• Return shipping costs are not covered by us.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
